- Contact & order details: name, email, shipping address, and order history.
- Vehicle & customization data: year, make, model, trim, specifications, custom card name, and Instagram handle you choose to provide.
- Photos you upload: the vehicle images you submit to create your slate.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
- Usage data: basic analytics and cookies to keep the site working and improve it.
How we use your information
- To design, produce, and ship your custom slate.
- To communicate with you about your order and provide support.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
- To improve our products, website, and customer experience.
How your photos are used
The photos you upload are used solely to create your product. We may feature finished slate designs in our gallery or on social media to showcase our work — if you’d prefer we don’t, just email us and we’ll exclude your design.
Service providers we use
We share information only with trusted providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Shopify — checkout, payments, and order management.
- Cloudflare R2 — secure storage of your uploaded photos.
- Database & email providers — to store your customization details and send order updates.
We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your order and customization data for as long as needed to fulfill your order, provide support and reorders, and meet legal and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your data (subject to those obligations).
Your rights
