Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products & customization

PhantomSlate products are custom, made-to-order metal slates created from the vehicle information and photos you provide. Because each item is handmade and personalized, slight variations in finish, color, and texture are normal and are not considered defects.

Your content & photo rights

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By uploading, you grant PhantomSlate a license to use that content solely to design, produce, and fulfill your order (and, unless you opt out, to showcase the finished design as described in our Privacy Policy). You represent and warrant that:

• You own the photos or have permission to use them, and
• Your content does not infringe any third party’s rights or contain unlawful, offensive, or copyrighted material you are not authorized to use.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order containing content that violates these terms.

Orders, pricing & payment

All prices are shown in the applicable currency at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes and any applicable import duties are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.

Shipping & returns

Delivery timelines and return eligibility are described in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The PhantomSlate name, logo, website design, and all related content are owned by PhantomSlate and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our site and products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhantomSlate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which PhantomSlate operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
